Too messy with dark tint and too shiny
I found this product very messy to work with because of the intense tint that is quite darker than I expected. It stains my fingers and whatever I touch with any residue left on it, including on the bottle. So I have to be extra careful to pour it first into one hand, and use the clean hand to close the lid and put the bottle away, then rub it into my face. You also have to be very careful to use only a little at a time, because it stays very wet and shiny on the face for quite a long time. It doesn't absorb well into the skin. I already have semi-oily skin and this does not feel good on my face. I need to apply cosmetic powder on top to reduce the shine, which is extremely shiny. I really wanted to like this product because it has both zinc oxide and titanium oxide, which provide broad UVA and UVB protection compared to titanium oxide alone. I don't recommend this to anyone. I will not be repurchasing this product.

My new favourite tinted mineral sunscreen
I’ve been using Josie Maran’s tinted sunscreen for years and when my mom gave me this one, I was sceptical but it’s absolutely beautiful to apply and the colour and finish on me is perfection. It has more « coverage » than my previous sunscreen but it seems to stay better. I would say the tint is probably better for medium toned skins. It would probably be too dark for someone fair.

Too heavy and tinted
I found this cream too heavy and greasy. It has to be spread evenly on the face due to the dark (orange) tint. Was happy to remove it at the end of the day!
On a positive note, it protects very well from the sun.

Favorite sun protection for my face
I use it everyday! I have tried many different sunscreens and this is my favorite. It gives my skin a nice glow as it is tinted, like a BB/CC cream would do.

Love it!
This goes on well considering it's a mineral based product. Mineral based means healthier; not as many chemicals. I think it applies as well or better than any other facial mineral based product and this I'll be purchasing it again. Also love that it's tinted. I've used white mineral based sunscreen on my face before and you can almost still see the white, so being tinted, it blends in much better with my skin colour.

In doubt, choose a non-tinted formula
It is hard to apply and I did not like that the formula was tinted. My face is not the same color as my body and it shows that I have something on my face.
