Formula Cylinder is warped & doesn’t fit machine
I bought this at the end of December and just went to set it up for the first time. The plastic cylinder that is supposed to hold the powder is warped and lopsided, so it doesn’t properly fit into the machine. If I get it to sit in the machine then it doesn’t latch at the top. If I latch it at the top, it won’t sit in the machine. Absolutely ridiculous.

BEWARE Buyers
We have been using this machine for months to dispense our bottles and our baby was drinking 30 ounces a day
However we have been on weight check watches with the baby due to not putting weight on. He was being extremely fussy and not finishing all of his bottles so we were assuming it was that. However, at his 4 month check he was dropping percentile and we decided to manually measure out formula for one week to see if it made a difference.
Our boy gained 34g a day in that week!!! The baby brezza was not giving enough powder in the water. Please avoid and do not buy!!!

It’s a good concept and helps tremendously for night time feedings but my baby is 1 month old and I clean it every other day- every 2 days but this is the 3 time the bucket that hold the water is like greedy inside. It comes off with a little bit of elbow grease but it’s hard to get in the grooves and the bottom corners to clean. I have to take the machine apart and clean inside the hoses so my baby’s not drinking the lime scale with his formula and it’s super hard to clean the hard to reach spots.

I received the Baby Brezza Formula Pro as a gift and started using it for my newborn baby. Unfortunately, the machine stopped working after only 4 days. Since it was a gift, I don’t have a receipt, but our baby is just 5 days old and we were depending on it.
I contacted support, but they said the warranty had expired based on the manufacture date, even though we had barely used the product. Very disappointing experience for a new parent.

Great little machine!
I just bought this today and I’m very impressed with how quickly it fills a bottle for my one week old newborn. The only issue I’ve noticed so far is that once I filled the water tank (up to the maximum fill line indicated), it leaked out through the bottom of the unit. I’ve since filled it up again recently so I’m hoping this was a one time occurrence. Other than that, I’m very impressed and happy with my purchase.

Game changer!
I got it as baby shower gift, the best gift we had!! We used it with my first baby and now will be using it for baby #2
It is a game changer when you only have to put a bottle, press a button and here you go perfect temperature bottle ready (in 30 sec) especially In the middle of the night
I recommended to all my friends
*** the only thing is the formula settings are hard to find and confusing***

Life with a newborn made easy!
Since receiving our baby breeza it has relieved a lot of stress around formula preparation. When hunger strikes my baby has little patience so having this machine that prepares his meal with the push of a button has been great. I also love that there are 3 different temperature settings which may become useful as he grows and his preferences change.

would not buy again
I bought the machine as a christmas present for my daughter , after she used the machine a few times it stopped dispensing and made a awfull clicking sound like a gear jumping .
I removed the formula container and emptied it and noticed that the wheel was stuck and so the sprocket on the bottom that turns is jumped gears , i carefully inspected this and found that formula was caked , hard as a rock and stuck under the wheel .
I submerged the dispenser in water for a few hours and then was able to turn the wheel again.
I dumped the formula and bought a new container and dried the dispenser , after a few days the issue reappered again but not as extreme as it was before .
My wife also noticed that the formula cakes up in the funnel and as result does not make it in the bottle at all , she throughly cleaned and dried the funnel but it did not help at all .
I am very disapointed with this product and it looks like it has some serious design flaws
