Nice alternative to canned coconut milk
I enjoy having this soy cream on hand to use in curries, pasta sauces, ramen, desserts and salad dressings. This works just as well as canned coconut milk for most uses. I try not to overconsume coconut because of its high saturated fats and soy is very healthy. I don't have any allergies to nuts but this soy cream works really well to replace nut creams too.
