Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won’t recommend I had high hopes for this serum because of all the hype around its “Viniferine” ingredient, but unfortunately, it didn’t work for me at all. First, the fragrance is strong — it’s marketed as a gentle brightening serum, yet it has a noticeable perfume-like scent. My skin is on the sensitive side, and within a few days I started experiencing burning and redness every time I applied it, especially when layered under moisturizer. Texture-wise, it’s a thin, milky serum that absorbs quickly, but I didn’t see any real brightening or reduction in dark spots even after several weeks. For the price point, the lack of results was disappointing. Another issue was the irritation — instead of calming or evening out my skin, I ended up with a few breakouts and more sensitivity than before. I’ve used vitamin C serums in the past without problems, so I was surprised at how reactive my skin felt with this one. On top of that, the dropper packaging isn’t great — it feels wasteful because it doesn’t always dispense the right amount, and for such an expensive serum, I expected better. Overall, this serum was overpriced, underwhelming, and irritating for me. If you have sensitive or reactive skin, I’d recommend skipping it and going for a fragrance-free brightening option instead.
