Fragrance free, fully mineral, amazing
I’m very pleased with this wonderful sunscreen. I’ve been using Caudalie products for years, because they’re so effective and reliable. The Instant Detox Mask from Caudalie is one of my all time favourites.
My combination skin finds this sunscreen a bit oily and a bit shiny, but otherwise it’s a really nice sunscreen.
Hopefully Caudalie will come up with a very similar formula for sensitive combination/oily skin types that is 100% mineral,has as great ingredients as this one and no scent, but a bit matte.
Thank you very much for creating something that has no fragrance and no essential oils for sensitive skin like mine. It’s rare to find, unfortunately.

Disappointing
I purchased this product from the Caudalie Boutique Hazelton in March 2026. The expiration date isn’t until 2027, yet the product is liquid in consistency and not at all similar to a lotion. I’m unsure about using it since when I reached out for assistance, I was told it should thicken when I shake the bottle, but no matter how hard I shake it stays liquid… will not be purchasing Caudalie products from Caudalie.ca and maybe not the boutique again given quality issues with my shipments in the past (for instance, missing products). Disappointing because I used to love Caudalie products!

Not for me!
I had high expectations for this sunscreen (based on reviews), and purchased 2 bottles, 1 for each bathroom so it was readily available for use. Before even using it, I was showing my husband, and it squirted out of the bottle onto my sofa. It has either removed the colour from the fabric or left a white stain that I was not able to remove with water. I have written to the company with photos and received just a generic response. I cannot, in good conscience, put this on my skin. Aside from that, what kind of marks could it leave on my clothing.

Not for Oily skin type
I didn't like the texture since it's a bit heavy and really moisturizing to a point it's a bit oily on my skin (i have combination skin type). I only used it once or twice and gave it to my mom. My mom loves it and she has drier and more mature skin (she's in her 60s) so I wouldn't recommend this sunscreen to someone who has oily skin, but if you have dry skin this would be a really good sunscreen for you!

Love it!
I have been a Caudalie lover for a few years now and have tried and loved all their products. First time user for the sunscreen and I am very happy with the product. It goes on very smooth and is wonderful under makeup. I try and go without makeup on the weekend and this is perfect after my Premier Cru serum and moisturizer. My skin looks glowy and I don’t feel the need for any more layering.

Ingredients are amazing but
I have fallen in love with Caudalie and wanted to incorporate an spf as part of my morning routines. I’m not a guy that wears makeup and sadly, using the two fingers worth you are supposed to use, it was very visible on my skin and made me look so pale. The formula would be so great for the skin but I don’t do makeup to add colour back onto my face.

I wanted to like it so much
I really wanted to love this product so much. It evens out the skin pretty well, the smell is nice, not over powering and it protects the skin from sun damages. However, I've been experiencing with acne ever since I've start using it. Little red bums and pimples all over my nose and checks. I had to discontinue using the product.

Love it!
I’ve received and been using this sunscreen for over a week now and I really love it! I struggle with how sunscreen feels on my skin and have long accepted it’s not gonna feel good but is necessary for my skin. This one surprised me as I applied it after receiving it to see how it feels, went about my day, and hours later became surprised at how I don’t feel an extra layer on my skin! It also seemed to help a little bit with controlling how oily my T zone feels. I first thought it was because I applied it with the toner, but then on other days that I only applied the toner I realized it was at least the combined effect. I’m overall very happy with having found this! Can’t believe I can now easily layer products on my skin without feeling like it’s suffocating.
One thing to keep in mind though: I have fair skin and the white cast some reviewers found unpleasant wasn’t an issue for me. But it did make a bit of white cast on my partner’s face when they tried it.
