Centrum Forte Essentials Adults Multivitamin

Centrum Forte is a complete and balanced multivitamin-multimineral formula. In comparison to Centrum, it contains higher levels of folic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin D, vitamin E, and additional minerals such as zinc, selenium and chromium. Recently, Centrum Forte was reformulated to include vitamin K and lycopene. In addition, the amounts of certain nutrients were increased while others were decreased to reflect the latest findings in nutritional science.

Recommended Dosage: Adults: One tablet daily with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
