Tasty dairy free option
These are honestly really good. Unlike some other brands of dairy-free “white chips” that are actually not made of chocolate at all, these have a high percentage of cocoa. They smell and taste like white chocolate. I will say they lack some of the creamy richness of dairy white choc, but for a dairy free option these are excellent. I used them to make white chocolate ganache and it worked very well. I’m sure they’d also be great in cookies. If you’re dairy free, this is in my opinion your best option for white chocolate!
