How to Use: Capsule may be opened and mixed into cool food or drink. Do not add to warm or hot foods or beverages. Culturelle Probiotics can be taken at any time of the day. If you are on antibiotics, take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Ingredients: each capsule contains: 10 billion cfu LACTOBACILLUS RHAMNOSUS GG (whole cell) ATCC 53103, NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS : inulin, hyroxypropyl methylcellulose, sucrose, maltodextrin, sodium ascorbate, magnesium stearate, titanium dioxide (color), and silicon dioxide.
Warnings: Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you have nausea, fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen or persist beyond 3 days. If you have a milk allergy, do not use this product. Do not use if you have a compromised immune system (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long term corticosteroid treatment).

Careful of missing capsules in the the box package purchased at ShoppersDrug Mart. There is always one or 2 capsules missing!
Excellent product for managing gut health.
Note to consumers:
Be very careful where you purchase the package from. I have always purchased the capsules in a box package from Shoppers Drug Mart. However, each time I purchased the box , there is always 1 or 2 capsules missing. I shared this feedback with SDM and they referred me back to the manufacturer. These are not cheap to purchase for someone taking these capsules daily since 2018. If a manufacturer is reading this post, please reach out to me and I can share examples of where empty capsules were inlcuded in the box I purchased. This makes for a negative client experience especially when you expect to have the correct number of capsules included in the box that you paid for.

Great probiotic
My doctor had recommended the particular strain of probiotic in this supplement so was happy to find it so easily accessible. My only complaint is that the packaging seems wasteful as it is in a blister pack.
