Drixoral Nasal Congestion Spray helps relieve nasal congestion, sinus congestion and pressure due to a cold, hay fever or other types of allergies. It allows you to breathe better when you need it most. It is fast acting, provides sustained 12-hour duration of action, and has a metered pump for a controlled dose every time. Temporarily relieves nasal congestion and sinus pressure due to a cold, hay fever or other upper respiratory allergies.
Directions: Adults and children 12 years of age and older. Shake well before using. Blow your nose before using. Apply 2 to 3 sprays in each nostril every 12 hours. Do not apply more than 2 times in 24 hours. Do not use for longer than 3 days. Before using for the first time, remove protective cap from the tip and pricing the metered pump by dpressing firmly several times. To spray, hold with thumb at the base and the nozzle between first and second fingers. Without tilting head, insert nozzle into nostril, fully depress rim with a firm even stroke and sniff deeply. Wipe nozzle clean after use.
Ingredients: Oxymetazoline hydrochloride 0.05%
Caution: Do not use: if you have glaucoma, dry nasal passages, with any other decongestant products, with monoamine oxidase (MAO) inhibitors, after trans-nasal surgery, if you are allergic to any ingredient in this drug. Ask a doctor or pharmacist before use if you: have heard disease, high blood pressure, thyroid disease, difficulty urinating due to enlarged prostate, are pregnant or breast feeding. To be sure this product is right for you, always read and follow the label.

Best one yet
I have been using Drixoral for years to address sinus problems and allergies. It is by far the most effective nasal spray I have used and in most cases actually lasts for up to 24 hours.

I use this product to clear my nasal passages due to allergies . I am also on oxygen , so I need to breathe easily .
