Delicious but deceptive serving size/net carbs!
The mix is delicious. The consistency is fluffy and a bit crumbly, its not very flavorful which is nice. BEWARE: The "serving suggestion" on the front of the bag (3/4c dry mix) is not the "serving size" in the nutritional facts (2T dry mix). Serving size 2T is 3 net carbs, but 3/4c dry mix = 12T = 18g net carbs for the recipe! The recipe calls for dairy and 1 egg so amount made can't be decreased, but they don't provide the serving size for the mixed batter so servinf size can't be measured that way either). Also, melted butter is included in the French recipe on the bag, but not the English, so maybe the serving size is a typo?

SO GOOD
These are amazing. My spouse and I are both Gluten and dairy free due to autoimmune challenges and so it is very tough to find good breakfast foods that hit both of those dietary restrictions and actually taste good. These are SO good you will not be disappointed, I wish you could buy bigger bags to be honest at the rate we go through it. We make it with Oat milk and we've made it as pancakes and waffles and both are great. Highly recommend anything made by Farm girl, wish well.ca carried more of their products.

These are great. I can’t have wheat and it’s hard to find products without it. The ingredients are straight forward. Will buy again.
