BEST READY MADE POTATO GNOCCHI
I have tried many brands of potato gnocchi over the years and Favuzzi is, by far, the best one in my opinion. The size of the gnocchi is perfect (not too small or large) and the texture holds up well after cooking. It has a chew but is not sticky or rubbery. And the Favuzzi potato gnocchi are so easy to prepare. Simply sauté them in some olive oil and butter over medium heat until they get a bit brown. No need to boil them first. I like to fry them with some chopped fresh sage and shallots and serve them as a side dish. Delicious. Very pleased that I am able to buy them at a fair price from Well.ca
