Delicious Pasta
We order several packages of fusilli and spaghetti at a time to make sure we don't run out. My husband is a pasta lover and we have tried many different kinds and brands in order to replace traditional pasta. He has loved this spelt pasta from the first time we tried it and we haven't looked back. The best feature is the taste but a bonus is that there is not a lot of starch given off during boiling.

Love This Organic Spelt Fusilli
No more to be said.
I love that it is organic. I just wish there were some organic spelt and other ancient grain pastas made in Canada with Canadian ingredients.

Pâtes surprenantes!
J'ai essayé ces pâtes lors d'une liquidation dans une épicerie standard. Elles ne semblaient pas se vendre.
Elles sont surprenantes et délicieuses. Depuis, nous les avons adoptées et nous les recherchons. Un délice avec du pesto-fromage.
Toutefois, les enfants n'en sont pas friands.
