2 in 1 probiotic with adaptogens
The bacteria string in this product is pretty decent. It doesn't have a lot of the strains I'm trying to avoid. They do have two or three, but that's way better than other brands. It also has three or four really good strains and then the rest are neutral.
I love the adaptogens with the probiotics. Less I need to take with other supplements or as smoothie additions. It does help a little bit to keep a more balanced mood, but I don't think it's that significant for me.
I still think this is a quality product and I love that is shelf stable. Although, I still store it in the fridge to retain the potency.
Good pill size, not too big. Also like the container, easily opened with two thumbs to pop the top off.

Shelf Stable -- Great Product
I bought this brand when my go to was sold out and was very happy with it. It is shelf stable and 50 Billion plus the vitamins for mood boost. I have already re-ordered it.
