There are better alternatives
Instructions on the package indicate that you can also add these noodles directly to stir fries at the end of cooking - do not do this unless you want the noodles to break into tiny pieces. I would soak in water (or chicken or veg broth) for a few minutes first to gently separate the noodles.
The flavour is ok but I've had better.

Not good
These are nothing like ramen noodles. They are very salty and have the texture of soggy spaghetti. We ended up throwing them out.
