Love adding it to my morning drink!
Every morning I prepare a cup of coffee substitute and I add 1/4 teaspoon of this mushroom powder. I don't know if the claims of gut health and immune support are true since I never had any gut problems and I rarely get sick but I love mushrooms and I figure they can only help to give me a boost and keep healthy. I really enjoy the earthy/nutty flavor it adds to my morning beverage. Just make sure to keep the dissicant tablet inside so the powder doesn't clump once the bottle is opened.

Love this product
I make hot chocolate and mix in a 1/2 tsp of 5 mushroom powder. It’s so relaxing yet energizing. This has become my evening ritual while studying. Harmonic Arts is a brand I trust they take great care in sourcing their ingredients or they are harvested by the owners themselves.

Great Product
I have been buying this product for a few years now and love this brand. I add it to my morning drink and love knowing I am getting the benefits of several great mushrooms. If you are a non coffee drinker the taste blends well with Dandi blend, I have also added to coffee.

Loving the results!
I’ve been using Harmonic Arts 5 mushroom blend for almost a year now and I love it! I have noticed I have more energy and mental clarity since making this a part of my everyday routine. I also don’t seem to be picking up the illnesses that my kids get hit with. I use about 1/4 tsp in my coffee every day. It’s surprisingly subtle in flavour and dissolves nicely into my coffee. I highly recommend trying it.
