Pricey but it works
You need to take at least 9 a day if you have Iron deficiency with anemia as its such a small dose. Start from 3 and go up. It's helped boost my hemoglobin and energy levels!

Very effective
This is very useful to keep my ferritin at normal levels with no side effects. But please note that all heme iron is of animal origin by definition.

Contains bovine animal product
FYI if you're a vegetarian, don't take this product. The Iron is sourced from cows. This is something that should be VERY CLEARLY stated in the description but it isn't, I had to go to the website to find out.
