I first bought this due to the willow bark content, to ease RA pain and stiffness(sometimes hard to find willow bark tea). The box says tastes great! I didn’t think so at first, but added a spoon of honey and got it down lol. Since then I always add honey and now like the taste. I drink if I feel a cold coming on, seems to help.
