Does not fit 70 mm jar rings
Although it sits properly on the edge of the jar, neither heating the ring nor attempting to force it by screwing the ring onto the jar works to snap the insert in place. It may work for Ball brand jars, doesn’t work for any of my Canadian 70 mm standard Mason jars. Disappointing as I love the spice lids. Discarded the packaging so can’t return

Lid won't stay closed
I LOVE this idea!!! But sadly the design is poor. The lid won't stay closed on most of the ones I bought for salad dressing.

Lids don't stay closed
Love this concept so much, but once oil gets into the spout, this lids will not stay closed on most of them.

cap will not stay on
A great idea, but the black cap will not stay in place. It kept popping off as soon as I put it on. So I ended up cutting the "arm" attached to the cap. Now the caps will stay on.

just ok
fits well on a standard mason jar, seals well, and looks nice. however once the spout gets oily, the lid will never ever close again. I still use it but maybe a friction-based lid design is not the best option for an oil dispenser. would not recommend.

Excellent! No drips.
I am buying my second one of these to use to dispense oil that I buy in bulk. I use the one I have now for maple syrup. No drips, no waste! Snapped into the jar lid ring without a problem.

Works but ring doesn't fit well
Tried many different rings and brands of jars but unfortunately none of them work to fit the ring snug over the spout. There's probably another version out there that works better

What a handy little thing!! The only downsides are:
1. The ring is a bit tough to get to catch the jar threads due to the thickness of this lid.
2. It does drip a bit.
