Kettle & Fire makes amazing Bone Broths. specially when paired with NORTH COAST NATURALS MCT Oil (also available via well.ca). Since adding this combination as my last meal before intermittent fasting for 24 hrs , 36 hrs and 48 hrs. I do not struggle with hunger.
