Helps Relieve Exertion Migraine
Neurologists recommend hydration powder as something to try to help relieve migraine. I use Hydration IV almost exclusively for exertion migraines. The combo of minerals plus sugar truly helps. I wouldn't use it every day unless directed to do so by a doctor. However, for reducing the impact of overheating and exertion (which can result in a migraine that last for up to 5 days) this product has really helped. I take it with pain medication that wouldn't normally work after exertion.
