A staple in my daily routine
Like many people I tried oil pulling with coconut oil many years ago and hated the experience of it. Decided to give this a try in Oct 2022 and have used it almost daily since. I use this in the morning after brushing and usually while in the shower or getting ready for the day, with a 10 minute timer on my watch. I switched to the full oral care line by Nadine/ Living Libations and don't think my mouth has ever felt more clean and healthy. It's become a self-care ritual. The oil blend that makes up Happy Gum Drops have become my absolute favorite. As this product still contains coconut oil be mindful of where you spit this out.

AMAZING!
I have never used a product that has made my mouth feel as clean as this! Working my way up to 10 minutes but almost there, still feel the benefits if i can't do that whole ten minutes. Nice to not have an entire mouth full of oil like i have had to in the past using other products.

Good but doesn’t last for the price
Works well but again it doesn’t last long if you’re doing 6 pumps and for the price it should last more than two weeks.
