Not bad
This does have a milk pea protein taste so it reminds me whole wheat pasta. If you don't mind the flavour you'll like this because the texture is great! I used it in a bolognese and with enough sauce it did mask the pea protein taste. Overall I think it's good compared to konjac noodles that have a smell.
