Description
Exotic bamboo fibers are infused into this fortifying, shampoo blend with castor oil and neem oil to help strengthen and repair over-styled, damaged hair. It helps to renew and soften treated, natural or transitioning hair types and encourage healthy-looking glow.
Maui Moisture products start with a unique blend of aloe vera juice and is infused with pure coconut water, unlike some other shampoos that start with deionized water as their first ingredient listed. The results? Moisturized strands, mended split-ends, and a healthy glow with every use.
To use: Apply shampoo generously to wet hair, massage into a lather through to ends, then rinse the hair thoroughly. After shampooing, follow with conditioner. Warning: Avoid contact with eyes. If contact occurs rinse immediately. For best results use in conjunction with other Maui Moisture products. As good as I look and smell, please do not drink me!

I tried expensive shampoos & conditioners (the ones you see on fb with so many positive reviews), honestly Maui is only product I will ever use! I even tried some shampoo bars but it dries up my hair and leaves creases. The best part of Maui, is that you only need to use a small amount because it lathers so well!! Before I wash my hair, I use castor oil or coconut/ or henna etc. and I was surprised to see how it washes off the oils so easily! I don't have any 'grease' left over:) This bamboo fibers condition & shampoo line smells so awesome and it adds extra softness to your hair. I noticed my hair looks much healthier and very shiny!

I love this shampoo!
I love this shampoo! It is thick and moisturizing like a conditioner but it also leaves my hair feeling clean despite the fact that there are no harsh sulfates. I have very curly hair so moisture is an important consideration for me. While it is moisturizing, it doesn’t have the slip factor of a co-wash but I wouldn’t expect that from any shampoo. Unfortunately, it’s been hard for me to find in stores lately. Hopefully it’s restocked soon!

Heard good things about
Heard good things about them so tried it and it made my hair nice for about 1 month than after that I started noticing my hair falling out, thought nothing it a couple months go by and it started coming out in chucks. I tried more than one bottle of the Maui moisture shampoos and conditioners but they all made my hair fall out. Do not recommend.

It's just okay, about what you would expect from a drugstore shampoo. It does the job of cleansing my hair, however I did have a couple break outs on my scalp the first time I used this product. It smells odd, quite woodsy and almost like grass. Not an awful scent to me, but might certainly be off putting to others.

It's not horrible. But it's not great. My hair didn't fall out, my scalp didn't become itchy and my hair felt okay. It didn't do what it said it does though. My hair didn't look any thicker and it didn't help it hold any styling. Meh. It was okay but not my favorite

It has been a while since I've used the Maui Moisture Thicken & Restore + Bamboo Fiber Shampoo. I bought it because I enjoyed the smell. It lathered nicely, rinsed cleanly. When the bottle was empty, I didn't feel the need to repurchase it.

Shampoo is gentle, but
Shampoo is gentle, but cleansing. I have noticed that more of hair falls out then before so I wanted to try this out to promote growth. My hair has grown quite a bit since I last cut it (faster than usual). Nice scent - definitely recommend!

Lather... oh the lather!
Bought this on a whim, so glad! Lovely fresh smell without being over powering. You don’t need much. Gentle on hair. Leaves hair soft as move to add conditioner. Ordering more... My hair: Fine/curly/highlighted and sometimes straightened.
