Moulin des Moines

The Moulin des Moines is built on the site of a 13th century mill founded by Cistercian monks, in the heart of the Alsatian countryside, on the banks of the Zorn river. A precursor of organic food for more than 40 years, Moulin des Moines perpetuates the tradition of artisanal know-how through its local specialties based on spelled and more than 1,500 products from organic farming.
