Directions:
- Do not crush, chew or break tablet
- Take with full glass of water
- Adults and children 12 years and older: 1 tablet every 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours.
- Children under 12 years of age: Do not use.
Warnings: Allergy alert: Do not use if you are allergic to guaifenesin or any of the non-medicinal ingredients in the product. Stop use if allergic reactions such as wheezing, rash or itching develop.

Lots of different opinions on the efficacy of this product. Hence 3 stars
I'm a retired public health nurse and I read a lot of medical studies. This one has me trying to figure out whether it works or not. I have asthma that's been exacerbated by clearing my apt of my deceased partner's things. It was time~2½ years. I used this and honestly I think it works. At least for this purpose. I do take antihistamines but I added these to my puffers and allergy meds.
