Nyakers Pepparkakor was founded in 1952. At the time, it was an ordinary local bakery, supplying a variety of pastries. The bakery?s bread wagon travelled between farms selling to households. The Swedish family-owned company is now one of the largest on the Swedish market for gingersnaps and an increasing share of production is exported to countries all over the world.
