DO NOT RECOMMEND FOR BAKING.
Doesn't smell or taste like blueberries. I bought both this and the strawberries, ground them up and put the whole bag into cakes, the strawberry was a beautiful pink and smelled like ice cream, tasted it and it was just delicious. The blueberry however, upon opening I noticed it didn't smell like anything, even after grinding them to powder, but used them anyway thinking they'd probably be more flavorful. I was wrong. It turned into an ugly grey batter and tasteless. I will need to add jam to my cake to even make it pass as a blueberry cake.

These are so cute and crunchy!!! I make trail mixes with these alllll the time. They are sweet and have zero additives. What a great healthy snack.
