No, these are not surgical masks.
These masks are not surgical or medical masks.
I know that it says on the package that they're "medical masks." However, the Chinese National Standard certificate enclosed inside the package indicates clearly that the masks comply with the GB/T 32610-2016 standard, which is a non-medical PPE standard.
These masks were not tested for compliance with ASTM requirements.
