Prairie Naturals Organic Sprouted Brown RiceProtein is a balanced, complete protein containing all the essential amino acids. It has a Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acid Score (PDCAAS) of 1, which is the same protein quality rating as whey, egg white and milk. Derived entirely from organic sprouted brown rice.
Directions:
- Adults: Mix 2 rounded scoops (30 g) of powder in 200-250 mL of water, milk, or milk alternative. Mix or blend until smooth and creamy.
- Children (Age 2-13): Mix 1 rounded scoop into 200-250 mL of water, milk, or milk alternative. No grittiness, perfect for smoothies, in yogurt and baking.

Great taste
This protein powder makes a great addition to my smoothies. The Stevie extract adds a bit of sweetness. Its organic and doesn't contain any dairy or gluten which is exactly what I was looking for!
