Delicious and satisfying
I love this chocolate bark. It has a great texture, snappy with a bit of subtle crunch. The sweetness level is just right for me, not too sugary but it doesn't taste like a "healthy dessert alternative", nor is it chalky or overly bitter like some very dark chocolate. The fruit adds textural and flavour interest. I like chocolate and eat quite a lot of it. Bean Bark is nice because it is truly like eating normal chocolate bark, but I feel more full and satisfied after, more like a real snack than just a treat. I really cannot say enough good things about this product. I have tried all the flavours and like them all, though I think strawberry is my favourite.

It puts the "bark" in "bean bark".
I was aware upon buying that it would probably have an odd health food texture going on which is not something I normally have a problem with... but I find the dark chocolate taste isn't really prominent, even the dried apple is hard to taste, it's mostly just dry crunchy bean. If the flavours of the other ingredients were richer I wouldn't have a problem with it but it's just so underwhelming.
