A Must Have!
I bought the “Rimmel London Scandaleye Micro Eyeliner“ three weeks ago and this is a great product. It is sturdy, and great to handle. The tip is flexible but sturdy and application goes on smooth. I found when I applied it on top of my foundation, it stayed put all day. The only time it had smudged, was when I was working out or when my face got to oily.
