quality control of equipment not cutting tissue
For the past couple of months we have had the annoying problem of getting one tissue from the box at a time without tearing into the next sheet,as they are still joined at one corner. We continued to buy Scotties hoping this was a temporary production problem.Not to be after buying five or six boxes at a time with our groceries .As proud Canadians We would prefer to by Canadian please keep your equipment sharp and your quality control on top of any production problems your having.We would like to continue to buy your products, but we don't see any sense in wasting your product or our money at this time.

WHAT HAVE THEY DONE TO THE WEIGHT OF THEIR TISSUES
Purchased these at Save On Foods, and didn't realize how Scotties had changed this product. The tissues feel 50% thinner, and so using 2 tissues, as I've done for 40 years, isn't enough, and the tissues tear and left moisture through. Awful!. As the box empties, the tissues individually are so thin that they pick up the box every time you pull out a tissue, causing either a long, connected mass of tissues to follow out of the box and the box flies through the air. Yes, they have other, more expensive versions of their tissues, but I'm still going to now shop around.

What happened to the 2 ply tissues?
Have bought these for 20 yrs and my husband bought 18 pack House and Home last month and they are different. I didn't think these were 2 ply but see on pkg they say they are but so thin & scratchy, aren't really usable. So disappointing but will find new brand to buy soon since need to use more than one at a time or else everything gets all over your hands. Design of box nice but useless product inside.

Scam: Not 2 Ply (only 1 ply tissues)
Very disappointed with the Scotties 2 ply. These tissues were mostly 1 ply with a few 2ply’s in between the box. Can’t blow my nose or use it for anything. Will not be purchasing ever again. Very sad as I used to exclusively buy Scotties.

Tissues smaller and thinner - almost useless
I like the design on the boxes, but if the company doesn’t know that we noticed that the tissues have gotten smaller and thinner - we noticed!

Need to improve Scotties tissues
When Kleenex stopped production we switched to Scotties thinking it would be a superior product. We bought a box of 3, 2 ply tissues.
What a mistake. the tissue rips as you pull it out, It separates when you pull it out ending up with a 1 ply in your hand.
We will use us the other box ( we used 2) and change to a no name product.
What the heck!

Garbage!
Terrible product. So thin and small even three sheets is not enough to wipe a runny nose. Absolute garbage and that is where they went. Not even worth a one star rating.

ad for scotties
You latest advertising campaign is the worst I have ever seen. The ad is embarrassing as it is so poorly done. We are not the only ones who turned off the sound so we do not have to listen to, "I remembered Scottir name..... It has turned us off buying scotties and buy a competitor's and I buy a great deal of Kleenex for seniors I support. You are I know looking to get the name out there but your name is not positive. There are so many better ways you can do an ad which will incurs your sales instead of turning people off.
