Silikids was born in 2006, and is the first mom-founded brand focusing on children's products made entirely out of silicone and glass. They combine need-based innovation with the technological advantages of silicone, offering an alternative to plastic wares found in the kitchen.  Their mission is to be the alternative to plastic, bridge the gap between great design and affordability and improve the way we live! Silicone is safe, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic and does not promote bacteria or fungus growth. Silicone is an inert material and does not react with food or liquids so no unpleasant flavours can transmit. Silicone does not contain toxic chemicals like bisphenol-A, lead, PVC or phthalates. Silicone is also durable and recyclable.
