Good full-range vitamin
I am happy with this vitamin because it gives me a better intake of B vitamins, along with CoQ10. It pays attention to more absorbable forms of each vitamin, and to lesser sought after minerals and supplements.

I really need a Multivitamin!!
I am severely Lactose Intolerant & 75 yrs old so I need to keep healthy, I think this Multivitamin will help.
