Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excellent product, poor packaging The product itself is wonderful. The balm is very effective and has the most AMAZING scent. I really love the product. - the actual balm and will give the product itself 5 stars. However, I gave it only 3 stars for the following reasons: A) The quantity - it is a very small amount of balm provided. I used it sparingly and not every day and it only lasted about 2.5 weeks. The product should come in a larger quantity. B) The balm comes in a roll up format - like solid deodorant. The the plastic "tray" that the stick of balm is actually attached to inside the case - well - the balm and the plastic piece fell out of the case after about 2 weeks - with usable balm still attached. It would not stay in the roll up tube. I had not dropped the product nor did the product suffer any banging around or such - but having the balm out of the case was not good and made it hard to use and was frustrating. IMHO the delivery device for the balm needs to be improved. It is a very good product and it is worth having a quality case that will keep the product safe.
