Like the real thing!
I used to brew and make my own cider, and this comes pretty close my old recipe, minus the alcohol. Nice and tart, almost too much, but it doesn't bite so much after the first 1-2 sips. It's got a but of a 'green' unaged cider note, and a touch of fruity/sulphur aroma, and not at sweet. Well done!
