Best grain-free pancake mix *ever*!!
Definitely the best grain-free pancake mix I've tried! Super easy to make and impossible to mess up. Perfect Sunday brunch treat :)

I didn't hate them
These pancakes were pretty good. I can tell that they are made with almond flour based on texture, but I didn't hate them. They are different than pancakes made from gluten free flour, less fluffy I guess. The flavour was decent, especially with some butter and maple syrup on top. I likely won't buy again because I can make my own from scratch that I like better, but if you are looking for a mix for a quick breakfast, these are pretty good.

I love these!
These taste exactly like some healthy meal prep pancakes I used to make from scratch but half the work! Not only are they incredibly easy to make, they keep you so full!! I also like to make waffles with this mix and I feel so much better about eating them so often because of the real ingredients.

These were barely edible
I really wanted to like these, but they were awful! Nothing like what a pancake tastes like. I followed directions to a tee, and they tasted like cardboard. A shame because they are very expensive and I purchased three bags of it (which I will throw out because they were that bad).

Hadn't Eaten Pancakes in YEARS until....
As an adult, I don't usually think to make myself pancakes before work - but I have become OBSESSED with these. I add bananas or blueberries to the batter -- breakfasts have become so much more fun! 10/10
