Disappointed
Really disappointed in this mix. It tastes great and I love that it is not too "sugary" (as are most GF foods) but the cooking instructions say to take it out when its set in the middle. I baked mine for 25 minutes plus another couple of minutes, took it out as instructed and it was awful. After cooling, we cut it into squares and all of them were very undercooked. I had to throw most of them out. We tried to save what we could and put it in the fridge for later. All it did was make the edible parts too moist. Not at all cake-like!
