Great Fibre Supplement

Only two gummies a day keep doctor away!
After my latest blood test my doctor recommended increasing the fibre intake. Taking powder it’s not always easy so choosing gummies instead is a perfect alternate! They’re clean and tasty with 6 g of protein and ingredients I can actually understand! After a week I see a big improvement in my digestion and overall well being!

I enjoy taking these gummies in the morning as part of my routine. I often worry if I am getting enough fibre, so this helps to shut down those worries. They have assisted me with digestion and I have noticed a difference! I only gave them a 4 start because the flavour is not my favourite. Other than that they are great!

Great product and amazing taste!
I’ve been taking Suku Vitamins FIBRE for a while, and I’m really happy with the results. They work very gently to support digestion without any discomfort. But the best part is the taste! Clean gummie supplements + made in Canada!
I like that these are clean and made in Canada! The clean ingredients and gummy form opens it up for more people with specific dietary needs. Some people have troubles swallowing pills so I like that there's an alternative for them. The taste of the supplement is supposed to be blackberry, blueberry, and peach, but I would say it's mostly blackberry. The gumminess is a little less chewy than another gummy supplement I currently take which I don't necessarily mind but it definitely is different. It has less bounce and chew to it. The texture is also slightly grittier and less smooth. You are supposed to take these apart from other supplements and for this reason, I kept forgetting to take it. This is an issue for me overall with supplements and for that reason I try to take things that play well together. Overall I think this is a good alternative for those that are looking for a supplement with the gluten, sugar, alcohol free, etc nature and enjoy eating gummies.
