Good for nocturia for working people
With diuretics and middle age, nocturia is an issue. I pee a lot at night and need my sleep especially as I am not yet retired but am still working. This has cut my night time bathroom trips in half as I can just lie there and let it go so to speak. Turning lights on disrupts sleep. As people age they often release more fluids at night and at work I cannot keep my legs and feet elevated to re-circulate fluid for systemic excretion. I would also wear them for long walks or errands or travel where quick washrooms are not available. Lack of sleep is the number one energy killer in people as they age.

Need something more absorbant
I wear these 24/7 because, compared to other brands, I have found them to be the most comfortable. Unfortunately, even these aren't absorbant enough. I have resorted to wearing the overnight underwear along with the tena day 2 piece incontinent pads. Even with wearing both, i am still leaking considerably. This has become very cost prohibitive for me. Any suggestion would be appreciated. I'm at my wits end.

Finally worry free nights
As a heavy sleep wetter I know how hard it is to find a product that works and where you won't face anxiety over the product leaking after an accident. The new Tena Overnight Underwear alleviate that anxiety. They protect well and hold more than enough for a heavy sleep wetter like myself. So thankful for a great nighttime product.

They breathe!
After a couple of years using another brand, I purchased a package of the Tena Nighttime panties. The first night I noticed that I was NOT sweating inside them, something I hadn't realized was happening with the other brand. I also noticed that they didn't leak, no matter what position I was sleeping in. My only wish is that they were lighter in weight overall.

Disappointed in product.
I have bought both the medium and large tena diapers. Neither one fit, the medium one was too tight and large one too big making it slide down. I reached out to the company and they said they would get back to me, but have not. Not impressed.

I will definitely buy Tena's overnight diapers again.
I think this product is just right for me. It fits good and very seldom leaks, if it is going to leak it is at night.

Good. Better. BEST
I have been wearing Tena's since August 2015. I had 3 strokes and have been in LTC since Jan. 2016. I buy my own Tena Underwear/Overnight because I like them. There is a rule here that if you need bathroom help you can't wear their Tenas. You have to wear a Depend Diaper. I refuse to do that. I am 92 yrs., I have set my eyes on 105!

yes
This is comfortable underwear but requires a thick pad to be effective for overnight purposes. Could you design underwear with a thicker, more absorbent quality?
