The bristles are too hard!
I was hoping to love this product because of the more environmentally-friendly materials, but the bristles were far too rough/stiff/hard for my son. Won't purchase again.

really want to love this product
This product is perfect in every way except the bristles. They were too stiff/rough and we had to stop using them in fear the kids were damaging their gums.
