Cuts your mouth
This toothbrush literally made the sides of my mouth bleed where it rubbed my cheeks as I brushed. I’ve used another bamboo toothbrush which didn’t do anything like that. I have a small mouth but I’m sure no toothbrush should have that effect.

Rough bamboo feels like peach fuzz against my teeth
I like and appreciate the environmental aspects of this product, but the bamboo feels rough against the inside of my mouth and brings on that unpleasant peach fuzz effect on my teeth. Also, the bristles are definitely not soft, so labelling should be corrected to indicate the bristles are "medium".

Hurts mouth
I wish I'd read the reviews - but why would I for a toothbrush?? It hurt my mouth so bad I thought I was having an allergic reaction to something I ate. Then I used the toothbrush again and recognized the culprit. It's like brushing your teeth with a stick from the woods. Unconscionable. Also, the bristles weren't even soft. This product needs to be recalled immediately.

Works great. Have read the other negative reviews and have to say that I never had those issues. Have used a few of these toothbrushes over the years and have never received one with rough texture, always have a smooth finish.
