Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin most notably known for its protective effects on bones. Vitamin D has been used for building bone mass and preventing bone loss, protecting against muscle weakness and promoting strong teeth. It is also used for preventing rickets and postmenopausal osteoporosis.
Interestingly, very few foods naturally contain Vitamin D. Some dietary sources include eggs from chickens that have been fed Vitamin D and fatty fish such as herring, mackerel, sardines and tuna. We acquire most of our Vitamin D from daily exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D is stored in body fat until utilized. It is effective in the prevention of bone and muscle related disorders, such as osteoporosis (reduction in bone mass), and osteomalacia (softening of the bones).
Recommended Use: Helps in the absorption of phosphorus and calcium. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient Vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps to prevent Vitamin D deficiency.
Directions: Adults, take two drops (0.065 ml) daily or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.

No added yeast, starch, wheat, soy, gluten, corn, sugar, dairy, artificial colors or preservatives.

Doesnt taste anything really. Its just a bit oily for the texture. The cap is REALLY hard to open like I feel like smashing the bottle each morning.. but seems like a good quality vitamine d

Very poor quality dropper
Very poor quality dropper, the black squeeze part very soon became detached from the glass dropper and the white lid piece making it really messy to try and use (impossible really). It wouldn't close properly and being so hard to use the dropper without a mess I just never used it. Sadly I finally dumped it out and moved onto a new brand. I'm sure the product is fine, it's tasteless etc. but due to the breakage I have to give this only 2 stars and wouldn't recommend simply due to the low quality dropper.

Very good product
As Canadians, we do not get enough Vitamin D; therefore, my go-to product is Trophic Liquid Vitamin D3. I really like it since a liquid is easier to digest than a capsule.
