Really Nice Caramel Flavour
Homemade caramel can be tricky to time and potentially dangerous with the literally boiling sugar splattering when you add cream to it, so I'm happy there's this as an option for adding rich caramel flavour without the work. It tastes authentically caramelized to me. I've added it to cookies, frostings and custard so far and my whole family is pleased with it.

Not for coffee
I bought this specifically to flavor my coffee. All it does is make my coffee taste bitterly gross. It smells wonderful but absolutely does not taste the way it smells. I have not used it for baking purposes
