Best pancakes
I prefer this over regular pancake mix. My kids love it . Helpful hint .. let the batter sit for about 5 to 10 mins before using if you want fluffier pancakes otherwise they do come out a little thin.

I bought this a month ago and it tastes just like normal pancakes. Nice yummy fluffy pancakes. Everything you could want in a pancake minus the gluten. And it’s not made with rice which is a bonus.

Love it!
By far the best gluten free pancake mix you can find. They taste just like normal pancakes but softer. My husband liked it better than regular pancakes. Will definitely buy them again.

FINALLY!
YAY! I've finally found a gluten-free pancake blend that tastes AMAZING and like regular pancakes!!! This mix is pricey, but so worth it if you're looking for a GF mix that does not compromise on taste whatsoever! Plus, you can cook twice from this mix, so it's not like you have to use the entire packet in one cooking session, unlike other GF mixes. This is the only mix I'm buying from now on!

these pancakes are amazing, especially since they're dairy free, rice free and gluten free. my only complaint is that they don't cook well without eggs.

the best you will ever have seriously, order it you will not be disappointed. My hubby stays away from wheat as he gets headaches, dizzy and stomach upset, he is not celiac but he is so fussy and we gave upon pancakes becasue they are gross if not made with regular flour.This has cassava so it makes a smooth fluffy pancake with no gritty rice which is in EVERY other GF blend.Yummy pancakesfrom XO Baking!!!!
