Some reviews are misleading!
A lot of reviews on this product say the liner doesn't extend very far and the twist function doesn't work. This isn't how this liner works. To extend the product, with the cap off, push down on the barrel and it will pop up a notch. I discovered this accidentally.
That being said, I don't really like how this liner applies. It drags against the skin and makes it hard to make clean lines. But once it's on, it's a good basic black that lasts a long time.
