My first time to buy toe spacers. This was suggested to me by a chiropodist, so I thought of getting one. I followed the advice and got a size Small.
Very comfortable, the product comes with a little instruction booklet, so that's been very helpful.

Perfect addition to yoga routine
I held off on purchasing this item because I thought it was "gimmicky" and wasn't fully convinced of its benefits. I was so wrong! These toe spreaders are amazing!!! They really help with movement and mobility. I usually leave them on for longer than recommended because it feels so nice and after use you can feel and see a noticeable difference. I've even used these during yoga and it has been a great investment in my health. Stop waiting and purchase!!!!

Great idea!
I bought these based on the reviews to help tired and achy feet, as well as to try and help my one baby toe that tends to tuck under the toe beside it, causing me a lot of discomfort and blistering. I’ve been wearing the toe separators in the evening after work and start out slow. So far, so good, and I’m getting some relief. Will continue to persevere.

Love these toes!
I use to work in the yoga industry and learnt so much about these toes from customers that I had to try them. As someone with lower back issues I can't tell you how much these help when you use them as little as 10 mins a day. After years, mine broke and had to buy a new pair.
