not strong enough and plastic on packaging
I usually am not too picky with sustainable products. For example I have yet to find sustainable toilet paper that I will not use or is too hard etc for me. However, I was sorely disappointed in this product. Both for the fact that it still has the clear plastic closure on the top of the box (like traditional tissue boxes from non sustainable brands) where you pull the tissue through. I hate that and it detracts from the point of buying this product to be sustainable, if you are adding to the plastic problem while solving the paper problem. Do not understand why they made that choice. Then, I also found this tissue very coarse. I would have put up with this, but when I blow my nose, half of it blows right through and onto my hand:((( That's pretty disgusting. I guess it is not enough ply. But I did not even have a cold, so I cannot buy this brand again unless they change those things. There are better brands out there right now, even here in Toronto.

Definitely not soft
Glad they’re more eco-friendly but feeling pretty cheated by whichever cowboy labelled this as “soft”. My toilet paper is softer on the nose than these.
