After cleansing, gently exfoliate and prep your skin for moisture with the Bior Clean Detox Toner. This toner is formulated with 2% Glycolic Acid, an AHA which is known to help shed dead skin cells. The formula also contains Green Tea Extract, known to have antioxidant properties, and Willow Bark Extract, known to smooth skin. This toner is for normal to combination skin.
Directions: Lightly saturate a cotton pad and gently sweep across freshly cleansed face and neck, avoiding eyes and mouth. Allow a few seconds to fully dry, then follow with a moisturizer, and SPF for daytime. Start slowly! Begin using every other day, then gradually increase to up to two times daily.
