I am thrilled that I will be able to buy Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour at Well.ca soon. After having made my own gluten-free flour blend for many years and then trying Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour and having the same success, I stopped making my own blend and use Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 Baking Flour exclusively for my gluten-free baking needs. I needed to go gluten-free and thought I'd never enjoy baked goods again (you know what I mean). Not so! Bob's Red Mill Baking Mix 1:1 has solved my baking problems. I no longer fear the words "gluten-free" :) Best GF flour out there!

Absolutely the best gluten free flour for baking (much better than the other Bob's all purpose blend). You can sub it in almost every baking recipe and it works without adding a million extra things like most gluten free recipes.
